The goal is to produce a comprehensive learning artifact that maximizes retention, understanding, and practical application by fusing the auto-generated transcript with the user's handwritten notes.

- Title, channel/creator, and topic
- Video length and estimated watch date
- One-sentence summary of the core thesis or purpose
2. Key Concepts & Takeaways
- Extract 5-10 core ideas as H3 headings
- For each: define it in plain language, explain why it matters, and note the approximate timestamp if available
- Bold critical definitions, frameworks, or terminology
3. Detailed Breakdown by Topic
- Group related concepts into thematic sections
- Use bullet points under each section
- Integrate the transcript's exact wording where it clarifies the point
- Cross-reference with the user's own notes: when the user jotted a note, append it inline as a callout or indented quote
4. Action Items & Application
- Convert every major insight into a concrete next action or experiment
- Tag each with a timeframe (Now / This Week / Later)
- Include "Apply to current work" prompts where relevant
